What is one word that best describes you?
Confident

Describe what you are wearing now to our readers.
My black fairy top with laced sleeves and hood, black pants and my necklace that has a black pendant to represent the new moon during my birth.
Love your top, whimsical and cute.

Do you think the author portrayed you accurately?
Yes, Crystal wrote me with a free spirit, yet stubborn and confident.

What makes you laugh out loud?
My dog Zeus! He is a fierce protector, but is scared at the simplest things such as a leaf or the wind.

What is your favourite dessert?
These home-made cookies my grandmother used to make. Not sure of the name, but it is an old Italian recipe. They are like a twisted sugar cookies drizzled with vanilla icing and sprinkles.

What is your favourite drink?
Green Appletini

I was checking the recipes online and there are so many variations, I like this one though. There was one with Calvados, but I skipped that one, not one of my fave brandy.

What is your greatest fear?
Death

What is your favourite colour
Green

What do you wear when you go to sleep?
As a witch I always feel my best nude, or fuzzy PJs if I must.

What is the perfect romantic date?
When I’m taken on the perfect date then I’ll let you know! But I would say anywhere outdoors.

How ticklish are you? Where are you ticklish?
VERY and everywhere! But don’t tell anyone.

What’s your favourite smell? What does it remind you of?
Green Apple and it reminds me of apple pie but with my favourite colour.

When you look at a man what catches your interest?
The expression in his eyes.

Do you have somebody in your life now?
I have my eye on a man who helps around the coven, but still trying to mend my broken heart.

What is one word that best describes him?
Strong – built and personality, dark hair and green eyes, so of course I can’t keep my eyes off of him!

Is your book part of a series? What does the future hold for the readers of the series?
My book, Sage Sisters, is part of the Saints & Sinners Anthology, but will later be published as a series or trilogy of myself and my coven sisters. Lots of magic spells, mythical creatures, and coven wars.

As Julie mentioned, her book is Sage Sisters by Crystal St. Clair.

Julie Lakelyn always felt like she was from another world, unordinary from everyone. After her heart gets broken, Julie still wishes nothing but the best because she believes in karma. Her twin sister and best friend, Caide Lakelyn, finds out about Julie’s secret – she’s a witch! But Caide has a secret herself. Regardless of their close bond, they wonder how they’ve kept such deep secrets from each other. Now neither sister has to feel alone again.

Caide introduces Julie to a coven, Sage Sisters, hoping to help her accept her magic. With her new Sage Sisters, Julie is more than ready to learn her craft, but it is not without distraction. Julie falls for another mundane, Brandon. This time it’s not only Julie’s heart at risk, but the entire coven.

Author Bio

Crystal St. Clair is a busy mom who lives in the multicultural country of Canada. She does not live in an igloo, but would love to own a pet beaver who loves maple syrup and pancakes!

Crystal graduated as a Law Clerk but would love to one day become an author full time, writing novels for adults and younger generations.

She can often be found playing soccer with her children while their dog steals the spotlight! She loves making others laugh, writing poetry and other inspiring stories. Once upon a time, Crystal played Momma Bear in a Middle School production of The Berenstain Bears and wrote her first A grade children’s story that sparked her creative writing interest.

Aside from fulfilling her long time dream and calling as an author, Crystal enjoys helping her community as a volunteer for charitable organizations such as, Canine Connect A Care Rescue, Boys’ and Girls’ Club of London Ontario, and many more. She was also a proud sponsor member of Plan Canada – I Am A Girl Foundation, helping empower girls to break the cycle of poverty for themselves and their communities. Through anthologies and individual sales Crystal’s inspiring words have spread awareness and raised money for causes such as human trafficking and Alzheimer’s.

As one of the leading founders of the Ignite Your Soul Author Event, Crystal has helped lead a team to raise proceeds for Bereaved Families of Southwestern Ontario, Wounded Warriors Canada, and National Service Dogs.
