It is the Canada Day weekend, which means it is a long one.  Also, for those who celebrate, I wish you a Happy Canada Day. This actually happens tomorrow with parties and fireworks.  A few days later, it will be The 4th of July Celebration for our American friends, to which I say, Happy 4th of July to you too.  Always a lot of fun there too with the same way of having it. 

I can’t believe how Tath and Thena are taking this, they have been settled for quite some time now and the only thing that need trimming are their nails.  I rather feel like a pin cushion most days.  Tath is especially bad for drawing them out when he comes up on me. Thena?  Her nails are like needles, and she likes to jump, so you know what happens then.  I wouldn’t complain so much if the fat would ooze out, but it doesn’t… sigh.  Of course they have these expectations of me that I never live up to… hold me 24/7.  This just never happens, so they complain to anyone what will listen.  Stoolpigeons.

You will want to know how I am progressing with ‘Angelika Leanne’.  I decided I would bring the typing up to where I am writing before I begin to add to it and I am at the half way position, by the end of the day I will have caught up with the typing, except for one chapter that I will do with the other ones, and will add a chapter to that one. What was I doing otherwise?  Well… this short story came up and bit me… which means I am probably at the half mark with it as well, but that is difficult to say because I haven’t done any typing on it yet.  I will probably play catch up with that while I write on ‘Angelika Leanne’.  I am calling the novella ‘Tyndal’ it is a Daughters of the Valley novella, and the last I will be writing on that series, mainly because this one shouldn’t have been written at all.  What can I say.  I am hoping to have both of these stories finished and reworked by the end of July. 

That said, I am expecting this upcoming week to be productive with ‘Equals’ probably coming back with a few fixes, ‘Hidden Kingdoms’ probably coming back, with many fixes and Sarah working on ‘Final Contact’, which is the end of the Tantalus Series.  I think it will be much to early for Sarah to finish the fixes on ‘Final Contact’.  Eniko will probably start on ‘Standing in the Light’ when she has done ‘Hidden Kingdoms’… it is a novella… which usually means it will go quickly.  When ‘Hidden Kingdoms’ comes back, that one will go forward to Candy, after I go through it. This means most of us will be busy with something. 

Anyway, it is the long weekend and, for most, it is supposed to be a hot one.  Here, it is going to be moderately hot, enough so that the grass is happy doing its thing.  So, once more I will wish everyone happy partying and be on my way, I have work to do.  Until next week, have a good one.
