What has happened to my computer?   It never worked this way before. Do I blame it on a misplaced kitten paw?   I know for a fact she has hit ones that Snoop missed in the past  (I know that is a bit of a shock, considering the number of ones he did step on). The settings are all off, and I am left here scratching my head while I wonder how to correct the situation.   She has done her bit here and is off to see what else she can get into while I am otherwise occupied.  I know for a fact I will have to put the tablecloth back onto the formal dining table, because I saw it fly just before I left that room…  she knew I was headed here and that my hands would be too busy to keep her out of other things… and I am going to have two?  Maybe they will keep each other busy… right? Placing head on desk and winding arms around the back of my skull.

To be fair, Thena is looking for a playmate; another kitten to plot with, clearing throat, I mean, play with.  Looking around to see if she is anywhere she can see this, nope, coast is clear.   She has left the Christmas tree alone; all it took was 3 taps on the head with a finger to get that message through.  She has proven she isn’t a kitten with manners like Snoop was, when it comes to mealtime. Snoop would sit and wait for you to finish eating, she won’t…she wants to be held now.  Snoop would send kitty hugs and kisses from a distance while you indulged, she wants to know if you will share, and isn’t about to wait for invitations.  We have a long way to go there.

On a positive note, little bro and his son couldn’t intimidate her with a look like they were able to with Snoop. Then again Snoop got his back.

Sorry for the late posting, forgot it was Saturday… yes, holidays can really mess with your sense of timing.  Anyway, today the US parcels go South, which means everyone should be seeing their books, etc in the new year.  Hoping they all arrive in good shape.  As for the new year, I promise to do less writing.  See, I try to make new year’s resolutions that I won’t probably keep either.  Wishing everyone a HAPPY NEW YEAR.  May it be better than 2014.
