I feel like a prime candidate for the position of Space Cadet later, despite that, things seem to be coming together. I am close to the half way point of ‘The Princess’ and don’t ask how I got there because my only answer can be one chapter at a time.
No matter how though, it is coming together. At this point, all I can say is thank heavens I am working on my 2019 schedule and nothing for 2018 anymore.
Well, that isn’t entirely true, I do have edits to finish off before they can go into the formatting file. It is coming though.
Eniko is working on ‘Hidden Kingdoms’, Candy is working on ‘Final Contact’ and Sarah is putting the finishing touches on ‘Teryka Rose’.
Considering I only have 2 more in Eniko’s hands after this for her to go through, I should get moving on ‘The Princess’.
How is ‘Equals’ doing. you ask? I haven’t been working on it, although I have caught up to the typing on what I have reworked. I have this feeling I am going to need to rework it one more time after this, because I have changed or expanded so much of it, it is like I wrote it from scratch.
By that point I may cut a lot of it as it is growing, perhaps too big. I have a few like that. I am also thinking of writing a short story, nothing special, but something different.
I will see how that goes, I already have a very big list of things of that type to do. My hopes is still to have ‘The Priestess’ written by the end of the year. (As well as ‘Angelika Leanne’, which has yet to be done.
Maybe I should just quit while I am ahead.
Note to self, the bratz are leaving me alone so far, that is because I only turned up the thermostat and now they are huddled in front of the hot air register, straight from being under the feather blanket that I vacated. Yes, it is still freezing outside.
When I left, Tath was sending me come hither looks, in hopes that when Thena left he would be getting extra cuddles, I think he might be a little spoiled.
Well, there is only a little over a week before the release of ‘The Phoenixes Choice’ and as usual, I am feeling nervous. When I wrote it I thought it went well, but now that ‘Final Contact’ is closing in on its completion, I think it is better.
I do tend to like to end my series with a bang. When Eniko was editing it she said I ran her through a gauntlet of feelings, laughter, excitement, anger, irritation and tears.
I told her I didn’t mean to make her cry.
To be fair, I did introduce her to a couple new BBFs.
Well, it is time to go check on the bratz, it is too quiet, which means one of two things… they are napping from being tired by their sleep… or…. they are doing something they are not supposed to. With this in mind, it is time for me to trot off, before something goes crash.
Until next week, have a good one.
There’s never any end – is there Mary Ann. Whew, what a busy schedule and hopefully you’ll have some reading time again. Give the Dynamic Duo a hug for me and enjoy your weekend.
