The sun rises and the bratz follow suit, and yes they have plans for the morning.  Tath especially has things figured out… rise and shine, time to grab a bite to eat and bring mama the little Canadian moose she gave the baby the last time he was here with his mama.  They left it behind, which means they didn’t want it, so it is mine.  In the meantime, it is fun to jump on mama at 5 AM and drop said moose on her face.  She always throws it off the bed.  The rest is a given.  Time to chase the moose and bring it back so she can repeat the action… granted, she is beginning to get a few bruises from being jumped on, but hey this is a rough action sport.  Would he chase the moose if she got up?  Nah, that is no fun.  You can always tell when he has had enough though, he lays on top of mama and won’t move until she forces the issue.  Sleep for mama, you ask?  She should have done in when he did, in the middle of the day.  He did beg her to join him, as did Thena.  Mama is turning into a bit of a zombie. 

What about the upcoming releases, you ask?  There will be one coming out on October 2 – ‘Forbidden Contact’, the links should be available in September, and yes, we know we are late getting them up, but they will be there for the release date.  There will be another, slated for Dec. 10 and that should be ready for preorder sooner.  It is the beginning of the ‘One Empire’ Series I promised that would follow in the wake of the ‘Elven Chronicles’.  I am hoping to start writing the main book to that series this year yet, but want to finish the last book of the ‘Tantalus’ Series… ‘Final Contact’.  I figure I have anywhere between 5 and 7 chapters left to write, but an awful lot of chapters to type out.  There are times I look at my writing list and have to shake my head.  I will never get it all done in time.  

Why do I think this, you ask?  Well, there is ‘Hidden Kingdoms’, ‘People of the Phoenix’, ‘Angelika Leanne’, ‘An Elven Tradition’, ‘The Princess’ and ‘The Priestess’ all to get written by spring… sigh, am I a glutton for punishment?  It is a good thing that 2 of those are novellas and won’t take as long.  (I hope).  Somewhere in the middle of this I have books I want to read, as well as write.  Wish me luck. 

I looked out the window for a moment, just because, and got a bit of a surprise.  I have a yard full of bunnies, but what I noticed didn’t have a fluffy little tail, it was a weasel, a big one.  There will be havoc played in the yard if he stays around.  I happen to know that a Woodchuck has taken up residence here too.  There is nothing like having a yard large enough to give wildlife a home.  Well, I need to make to make tracks here.  I have typing to do, amongst other things.  It is also supposed to be a very warm day.  Should be interesting to see what happens, in the meantime, have a good one everybody, and I will see you next Saturday with more news.   Yes, I know this is cut off short, but I just realized I suddenly have edits to do that I hadn’t planned out…
