Wishing everyone a Merry Christmas, as I am unsure if I will have a blog next week, or if I will be doing something different.  It has been a crazy year, and I definitely hope 2017 is better.  I know it is going to be a busy one, as I have a heavy schedule.  I have five full novels to write in 2017, ‘The Goddess’, ‘Teryka Rose’, ‘Celebration of Peace’, ‘Final Contact’ and another that I will not talk about at this time.  I also have the signing to go to in Ottawa, at the beginning of August; RTC Ottawa.   Eniko has most of that already organized, and all I need to do is show up.

Thena and Tath have company this weekend, and the statement “It is all about cattitude’, does not begin to cover what they think about this.  Thena snarled and hissed at me last night.  I really have to do something about that young lady’s language… OY!  I told her, young pussycats don’t cuss like that!  Tath, he hid.   On a upbeat note, Tath was the first to show up in bed when I went there.  Thena made sure I was well aware of what she thought of the situation.  I told her to suck it up.  The baby will not give her problems, but if she doesn’t bone up, I will.  I must admit, the needles at the end of her feet could be a deterrent.  She better get used to the idea of them being here, because they are coming to stay over Christmas. 

I have been getting some reading done.  So far I have read 7 books, and I have another 20 or so books on my vanity.  I plan to begin writing on ‘The Goddess’ on January 6.  The rest of the story is forming in my mind nicely, as is ‘Teryka Rose’.   If everything goes right, I should be finished both of these books by the time spring shows up, and then I will start on ‘A Celebration of Peace’.  That is also forming well.  I should be ready for another reading break at that time, before jumping into ‘Final Contact’.  I may do the last of the Tantalus Series after that, as it is to be a short one, and one that I am going to have to rename.  

The cover for Merika’s Story has been delayed due to computer problems, but it will be done in time, so it isn’t something I am about to concern myself with.   I am hoping to have the poster for the Tantalus series done for next weekend and I will have a surprise to share with everyone on New Years.   Share, you say, I don’t think so.

I am going to wish everyone a Merry Christmas now, as I have my work cut out of me this week.  I am sure you are all in the same boat, Christmas looms.  In my case, my sister in law just came out of the hospital, so I am going to do what I can to make sure that they have a proper meal, as well as whatever is possible of Christmas there.  She is still weak, and is having problems getting around.  On an up note, she is on the mend. 

Wishing everyone smooth sailing on this week to Christmas.  The weather this weekend is frightful,  and will improve beginning Monday.   Hoping for better things to come in the new year.   On that note, I will let you get back to the other things you need to do.   Best of the season, Merry Christmas, see you next week with something different.
