This week has been LOTS of fun. Yes, I did manage to get the two rooms done, if not finished. Ever try to move furniture with two lively kittens around?
“What you doing mom, can I help? Mom, I am behind the dresser, in the corner, help.”
Groan, just a moment ago she was under my feet and threatening to trip me, as I moved the dresser into place. Moving the dresser was even more interesting, great loads of sparkly pompoms! I had wondered where they all went – and talk about 2 excited kittens. They didn’t know which one to play with first, they weren’t impressed when I beat them to the major share of them. Because of kitten traffic I had to limit moving things to one item, or two, a day. If they curled up together, and appeared to be sleeping, I tried to sneak in a little extra. You know how that went. The slightest noise and it was like.
“What you doing mama, can we help? Is there pompoms there also? Do you need that desk cleared off? We can do that for you, watch us. No? Awe, but mom… “
Then they were off to the races, galloping all over the house, chasing each other, tumbling and attacking anything that moved (mostly each other), and my ankles. I have to admit, I have two tired kittens.
We set up a street team this week, a very nice squad team that we named MA’s Elven Elite Squad. I am hoping to make that fun for everyone and I am sure they will help. 🙂 Tomorrow I will do a special on the release of the cover for Earwen’s Song. Cora did a marvellous job putting that one together, and is now working on ‘Forbidden Contact.’ Later this year she will make the ones for ‘To Capture an Ancient’, ‘Into the Demon’s Lair’, and ‘Kings of the Empire’. Then I will order another 3. It is a never ending circle.
I am working on Chapter V of Earwen’s Song at the moment, and not too diligently I might add. I still want to say that I have read something, although that likelihood is growing less and less possible, where does all the time go? Speaking of time, I have a few other things that need to be done, I am behind on my paperwork, and need to get some things done up before little bro shows up. Not to mention that now that those two rooms have been shaken down the rest of the house looks shabby, because I shook them up.Vicious circle. Well, gotta run here, I heard something crash in the other room, Tath is into something. How do I know it is Tath? Thena is curled up on the chair beside me, resting up for her turn.
Until next week, take care, stay healthy and have a good one.

Got my Saturday chuckles – how I look forward to the antics of those two!! Hard on you Mary Ann, but they give us so much entertainment! Looking so forward to the event too!! Very happy to be on the Squad!! 🙂
We are happy to have you. 🙂
ROFL love those two. I know they are a handful and then some. Didn’t think you would get in reading time. I am sorry you enjoy reading I know. That is the trouble with doing one thing on a house it always leads to another. LOl Been having fun on the Squad wall already. Looking forward the the release party and I love the new cover.
