Yes, that about sums up the way I feel at the moment.  I have a cold, just got my tooth rebuilt (it broke), and it feels like every bone in my body has decided it is going to send me a message.  Good luck, my brain in on overload.  The good news of the matter is that this too will pass, right?  Of course it will, and I will be ready to give Snoop a hard time again... he is waiting with a look of anticipation… well, maybe between naps.  A part of him wants to go outside to feel the sunshine, but it isn’t 5 AM anymore and I am up and walking around the house, that isn’t fun.  At this point he is ready to go back to bed for a nap, so it is time to sit on the bed and whine. (Just like I am doing here.)

I wrote another chapter on ‘First Contact’ yesterday, and will probably sneak one through today (if the cotton in my head doesn’t stop me.)  If I can get that chapter written I will be able to race through the Captain’s log (journal) and be close to the 80% mark of the book.  Yes, it is quickly coming to a conclusion.  The planet is getting closer and both cultures are preparing to get ready to greet each other.  I will then work more on the Elven spring book.  Yes, it has a name.  I have called it ‘For the King and Elven Empire’.  Yes, the lengths the Eagle Claw family will go to live up to their family motto. They are taught to do this from an early age, Gabriel and Eden’s brood are only eleven and twelve.  They have slowed down a little, but still can get into a lot of trouble, especially in a Kingdom where they take their studies seriously and no one seems to smile very often.  Of course they have a little help.

For the Christmas novella I will be headed back to the Light Elven Kingdom where we will be back with the pack again.  The children will be a little older again, about fourteen and thirteen and they are beginning to get other ideas, especially the girls.  Branith will be there to greet everyone and there is surprises in store for the future.  I have named this novella as well, and in the spirit of Mother’s Day I will be considerate and tell you that one too.  ‘Surrounded by the Light’.

I am not sure yet if I will write ‘Integration, Book 2 of the Tantalus Series’ immediately after these, or work a little on ‘Tratchars’ but you know how it is, the pen never quits, unless it runs out of ink, in which case it gets tossed and replaced with another.  ‘Tratchars’ is supposed to be a 2016 release.  ‘King’s Daughter’ has begun second stage edits, and by the end on next week the first 10 chapters should be ready to be sent off for third stage release, while more goes into second stage.  Should be interesting to see how this is going to progress.
