Only another 2 1/2 weeks and I am off to Kalicon. It is getting closer and the crunch is on. Right now we are waiting on packages getting to us in the mail and doing last minute items, some move faster than others.
I am just hoping we are not going to be calling Amazon the night before we leave and going beep beep all over them because it didn’t get there yet. Last year we picked it up from the courier office on the way. Talk about your cutting things close.
Sometimes overnight shipments don’t arrive like they should. Anyway, we still have time. Crossing fingers here.
As for other things, the bratz are keeping me tired. They are playing at night time again.
Sigh. They might tell you I cause the problem by getting up several times during the night, but that is only partially true. They have this criteria set up that has me holding them for several hours during the day, if they can force me to do it, then romping all night because they are rested up.
Not to mention they are eating me out of house and home now that things are cooling down.
I almost forgot to mention, Tath caught his first mouse.
How is the writing coming along? Slowly by surely. I already told Eniko that she is going to need kleenex for the ending of the book I am working on and to expect it to be a long one.
Things will work out though. I want to get this one finished so that I can sneak a novella in yet this year.
It is about Gabriel as a youth, which was not a happy time for him. I am going to call it ‘The Eagle Claw Legend’. We will see how that goes. Then I am going to take a break while I decide which storyline to follow next. My head it in explode time. Very frustrating when you can’t write things as fast as you can put them together in your head.
Anyway, I have a million things to do here and it is wet and cold outside. After having a dry summer, it has decided to rain all over us. Hope this doesn’t mean we are going to have a winter where we are up to our wazzoos in snow. I don’t mind some, but there are limits. Until next week, have a good one and stay warm and dry…
Geeze Mary Ann, you are such a busy girl! Sounds like you got things mostly under control though. LOL
Mostly I sit back and watch Eniko organize things
Had some printer issues, almost took the hammer to it LOL but I am printing the cards now that will be attached to the Tratchar Tears and then will be doing the swag bags going into the VIP bags at KaLiCon 😉 I am so excited to be going again. I get to see MA again and all the others in my book tribe WOOT
