Yes, it is that time of the year again, granted a couple days away. Nevertheless, I am following through with the well wishing now. I had a good break from writing, a nice Christmas with family and in another week, it will be time for me to begin anew. Of course that doesn’t mean that I have allowed the ink to totally dry up in the pen during this time. I managed to get a few chapters written, I just made sure there weren’t many, nor were they in ‘The Warrior’.

Why have I been writing, even a little, you ask? Casting evil glances at my two furballs. I doubt if anyone has any doubts what my answer is going to be. I swear little brother has it pegged with those two, sleeping with cats can be worst than sleeping with children. They take turns getting in and out of the cover and then decide it is romp time on top of me. Best thing to do during that time is to sit up in bed and write, if they will allow it. Nothing like being steamrollered by twisting balls of fur, or one that is determined to get its paws on a moving pen. The only time I get a break from this is if I turn the temperature down low enough that they don’t want to get out from under the covers. (Good thing I like it like that.)

This is going to be short. Wishing everyone a happy, healthy 2019. Can’t believe the date, never thought I would get there, but here it is. So, until next year, wishing you the best…
