There are times when not knowing is the most wonderful feeling in the world. I think I would have enjoyed it this week.
No, I will not bore you with details. Suffice it to say that it was a week of Mondays.
It took all week to get a cover uploaded to satisfaction, when it shouldn’t have been a problem at all, because it hasn’t been in the past. Cora to the rescue.
I decided not to make the audiobook of ‘Gabriel’ yet… there comes a time when the cup shouldn’t be overfilled.
On that thought comes the fact that I haven’t finished ‘Spirit of the Light’ yet.
Sighing. The up part is that I am close, or somewhat close.
The audiobook for ‘First Contact’ is now available for people to purchase, and I know at least 3 people that have so far.
Not everyone tells me these things.
I have written a couple of Chapters on ‘The Princess’, and I know what the next one will have in it, which means that it won’t be that difficult to put onto paper, (famous last words) I am also close to killing another pen, as the refill isn’t looking too healthy any more. Not to worry, I have several.
I know where I am going with ‘Angelika Leanne’, although I am not working on it yet.
I have reworked a few chapters on ‘The General’ and that is going to be a major piece of work, it will get done though.
I have year end paperwork to see to, as well as final quarter and 2 different month end papers to see to. Some will go quickly, others not so much. It is what it is.
Tath and Thena are feeling neglected. It is cold outside and they would like to curl up on my legs and sleep, or cuddle.
I can only handle so much at once though.
So, they curl up in front of the hot air register, chase each other across the length of the house, and if they think they can get away with it, they steal the top pieces from my pizzas.
Tath is especially bad for that.
Next week, towards the end of the week, we will begin to work on the narration for Aura. It should be interesting, and I am rather looking forward to it. I am also looking forwards to finishing ‘Spirit of the Light’ and beginning ‘The Princess’ in earnest.
Not going to keep you too long this time, last week I chattered away for too long. So, on that note, until next week… have a good one, and we will see what the groundhog has to say about how long this winter is going to last.
*Sigh* so much on your plate Mary Ann but you handle everything so well! Poor Dynamic Duo feeling neglected! 🙂 Wishing you all the best with the audiobook and hope the same for the second one. Try to have a good weekend.
