Things are beginning to move again in the editing area, Eniko is on a roll and the others have been informed that they are on deck. First will come ‘The Phoenixes Choice’, which I am expecting sometime within the next few days.
It will be followed by ‘The Siren Connection’, which is a novella, so it shouldn’t take long. Then will come ‘The Goddess’, which will take a while longer, as it exceeds 100.000 words.
I am hoping to have all of them in the formatting file before July.
In the meantime, I am writing. ‘Teryka Rose’ is growing, and I am over the 25% margin with that, things are not only about to heat up, but get interesting.
Yes, I know that is rather early in the book for me, but it might not take the form everyone expects.
If it does, then there will be extenuating circumstances. The strangest part, is that ‘Amanda Leanne’ is beginning to form, even as this one is getting written.
(That book will be about Teryka and Riven’s daughter, and she will be nothing like the other women in the family. She may even have a sister, and no, that does not mean another book, this is a Trilogy.)
The ending for the Tantalus Series is in my mind, and it is triggering other ideas. Yes, there could be another Series to follow in the path of this one.
I have time to think about that, as I am going to be writing in the 2019 schedule line by the end of the year. My mind needs to quit coming up with all of these ideas.
I took Thena to the vet last week, and she got her results in, turns out all that was ailing her was a food allergy. (All that snarling, growling and hissing for that!) Well, and a bit more that is genetic.
I will do a special on the kitties at a different time with more details.
I have to admit, her being out of the house sure changed Tath.
He has become even more territorial than he had been, and it has made life interesting for her, as the area he staked out used to be communal.
Me.
Yes, she doesn’t dare put a paw a half an inch into his zone, if she does, he goes ballistic on her.
She has learned to snuggle in tight for protection.
I am not sure why she would do that though, she is the one who wails all over him… and has even drawn blood at times.
Good thing it was only superficial, my handsome Tath cat. They are good on their own, curling up together, washing each other down, chasing each other all over the house and sharing everything. Except me.
If she is up in my arms, she looks at him as if to say, see? And sticks out her tongue.
If he is up in my arms, he looks at her as if to say, suck it up Princess, she is mine.
Points in her favour? She weighs 4 pounds less and purrs louder. He is learning though.
Well, I need to run, I have a few plans for today that should take several hours. I have done some already; laundry, check.
Hair, check.
Feed the kitties, check.
Order pens, check.
Next is to do some paperwork.
This afternoon I will spend an hour in the warehouse doing a little clean up, putting some of the winter stock away, and making room.
While I am there I will weigh up some stuff.
I will then go to the road truck and check for a few products in the back of the van.
If I have the time, I will take out the vacuum and see to all this cat hair that is floating around the house and gathering under the furniture.
Most of the stuff on the job list takes more time for me to decide to do it, than the actual effort does to get it done.
On that note, I am gone. Until next week, be good (not too good: 😉 ) and I will return.
I’m so glad it wasn’t too serious with Thena and can’t get over her letting Tath get his way more often-very interesting! 🙂 Can’t blame you for liking having her on your chest considering the weight of Tath!! The books are just coming along so fast – maybe you’ll get some time off again to do some reading in the not-so-far future. Have a wonderful weekend.
There seems to be no getting ahead of the game
Loved it and as you know so happy Thena is Ok and can be helped with her problem. Things sound like they are moving right long in the editing department. Do give your shoulder a rest often Please.
Going to get it looked at again
