Well, things are beginning to heat up again, but not with the weather. The weather is cool, and very wet.
I have begun to write again and, like I told everyone, not very fast.
But that is good.
It will come. I know what I am going to put down, but the interruptions are never ending.
According to my notes, I should be kept pretty busy until the end of the year… the projections for me is to write Intercession in June/July…
The Phoenixes Choice is penciled into August/September
and, Lost Kingdoms of the Empire, in October.
I will then rework as many as I can fit into November and December. January I will probably begin ‘The Goddess’.
I may have to rearrange my release list in 2018… no, not for more,
but for one different one.
By the time winter is finished next year, I will probably be working on another book for the One Empire.
Which reminds me, I should update my welcome bit on the home page.
Thena and Tath have been enjoying the break, taking turns on me, or piling up on me, the moment I sit down. If I go into my room they are there on the run…
you going to bed mama…
we are ready when you are.
If I sit on the bed, they snuggle in tight.
They would like to get outside, but nope, not a good idea.
Not to mention that is has been raining. Tath will back off, but Thena won’t, she will run out in the rain and complain.
Silly girl.
Well, I think I have gotten myself into a pile of trouble, I signed up to attend Romancing the Capital in Ottawa next year. No, I don’t know what I am doing, but it looks like I am going to do it anyway. In the end it will probably be a lot of fun, right Eniko?
Have to find out who else will be going.
I am also making plans to go away for a couple weeks this summer, yes, the usual spot. Looking forward to it. Checking the flights daily to see if there is good ones coming up. That can be difficult to find in summer.
Well, outside of work rain and collecting wood ticks, there isn’t much to say this week. If anyone is interested in the wood ticks, I will gladly pack some up and send them on… every time I think of them my whole body gets squirmy, as it feels crawly.
I hate them.
They are just as bad as mosquitoes, and they say there are a lot of those around too.
Just my luck. On that note, before I get the rest of you all shuddering and scratching too, I will leave off…
So, until next week, have a good one, and I will give you a progress report. Sound fair?
Just thinking about ticks makes my skin crawl. Luckily never seen one live… or dead for that matter. Hopefully you don’t get any in the house.
As for RTC, I know first time is a bit scary, but you’ll see, we will have a blast. The authors, the bloggers, the readers are amazing! I am so excited and having fun helping with all the preparations *doing a happy dance*
Have a good weekend XOXO
I don’t get ticks in the house. Still feel creepy though. 😦
If the Bratz get out, you might. A friend of mine woke up with one in the bed EEEK she has dogs that roam the backyard.
Yuck to the ticks!! Yes, as for the RTC – you are going to have a good time and be glad that you went. Stop stressing over it, and you will have Eniko and other Authors there to help you out. *sigh* Wish I could go. Well, you have a great weekend too Mary Ann.
Would love to meet you, but I realize you would have farther to go than I do
Enjoyed it and happy you are going to Kelowna. It does you good. What book are you thinking of substituting ?????? LOL You can keep the ticks and mosquitoes up there thanks.
That is a long time off yet, so I have no idea
