Yes, I made it home… tired but in one piece. Don’t ask how I managed that. We flew into Calgary, but could go no further because they weren’t allowing anyone to land in Kelowna because of fog. I haven’t had that happen since my last trip to the U.K. (yes, they get fog in London.) Brother ended up in Frankfurt… we took separate flights. Anyway, that is another story and not one I am going to write. I spent the night in the Calgary terminal, and no, I didn’t get any sleep.
Thena was waiting for me when I got home, and things haven’t quite flying since. Yes, my computer dest has nothing left on the top shelf that she can move. One person wanted to know if she found the porcelain ladies on the swing lamps: answer, most definitely, they are now in storage. She has a few habits that need breaking… one is jumping onto the kitchen counter… she has been placed back onto the floor at least 50 times today alone. Why placed you ask? Kitten has surgery yesterday, you got it… no kittens for the kitten. I am supposed to watch what I do with her for the next couple of weeks, so no air miles. No matter how much she deserves them… and considering how the vet was massaging her hand, after telling me that she bites and scratches, I think she probably agrees that a few wouldn’t hurt her… note to self, kitten needs lessons in manners. My ankles agree.
I killed 2 pens while on holiday (so one was almost dead when I started using it and I only got 2 pages out of it). I have started typing out what I wrote, only 5 chapters to go. I am not getting the word count I expected out of them though… no matter, lots more out there. I have 1/2 the book typed out and have only begun to get into the meat of the story, well, maybe not that far… I am getting the feeling though that Earth girls can be easy, no matter how smart or complicated they are. The Tantalarian men appreciate the attention.
Earwen and Eol seem to be very impatient to tell me their story, Enacts and Endiku less so… wrong order kids. They all have to wait their turn, when I have finished Integration (probably some time in February) I will write ‘Surrounded by the Light’ after. That I will finish either before or just after the end of February (if Thena lets me write and type)
Where is Tathar you ask? He won’t be here for another 2 weeks or so and I am expecting them to have a hissing good time at the beginning, then let the games begin. I, have about 160 pompoms waiting for those to start. I can see it now… throw a pompom and see who beats the other not to it, but up, to bring it back. Think about it…. throw… run… the tumble of kitten bodies as they wrestle for possession… the race back, with possession maybe changing once or twice along the way. Should be interesting in the early morning too… Then starts bringing me wet pompoms at 6 am, what will she do when the sun rises at 4? I shudder to think.
Well, I am about to be attacked by a kitten again, and she just jumped on my updates, so I am not sure when they will be done this time. I better finish this off while it still exists… don’t forget to catch Eniko’s interview, it is on the article under this one. Enjoy. Until next week, have a good one. There is also only 10 days before the release of ‘First Contact”.

LOL Really enjoy your Saturday posts, you are too funny 😀
Looks like Thena does need some lessons in manners, she is a diva in the making 😉 can’t wait to see how she will get along with Tathar, hopefully they will keep each other occupied so you can write the books for us.
She is in for a few surprises, after she heals… there are just some things a pussycat does NOT do here.
Love it again . It brightens my Saturday.
I loved the Earth Girls are easy comment. ROFL
Glad to hear it.
